FAQ

Questions we hear all the time.

Quick answers below. For anything specific, message us on WhatsApp — you'll usually get a reply inside ten minutes.

Our 3D signsstart at KSh 18,500 for a stainless-steel logo around 60 × 60 cm. Price moves with three things: the metal (powder-coated MS is cheapest, brushed stainless mid-tier, mirror-polished or brass premium), the depth of the letters (10 mm reads flat, 25–50 mm reads three-dimensional from the street) and whether the letters are halo-lit. For a lit option that costs less per square metre, look at backlit boxes instead — they spread one LED tray across the whole face.
For permanent interior door signs, we recommend brushed stainless 1.2 mm or 3 mm clear acrylic with vinyl second-surface print. Both shrug off Nairobi humidity for 5+ years without warping. Avoid wood for bathrooms and ground-floor offices — it delaminates after one rainy season. We engrave or laser-cut every plate in our Industrial Area workshop, so swap-outs for tenant changes ship in 48 hours. For lobby walls and logo signs, step up to reception signs.
Yes — our backlit boxesuse a powder-coated aluminium frame, IP65-rated LED modules and a 3–5 mm acrylic face edge-sealed with structural silicone. Independent thermal testing puts the LEDs at around 50,000 hours of operation — roughly 11 years at 12 hours a day — and the print on the face is UV-stable for 5 years. Hardware warranty is 12 months. If you need a higher-impact storefront with less ambient bleed, 3D halo-lit signs are a great pairing.
Modern neon signsuse flexible LED ribbon encased in silicone, not gas tubes — so they run on 12 V, draw about 8 W per metre, and last around 50,000 hours. A 60 × 40 cm script logo runs from KSh 12,000 fully wired with a UK-plug transformer. They're safer (no high-voltage gas) and brighter at low power. For colour-changing storefronts at scale, you may prefer edge-lit acrylic backlit boxes.
Road signswe produce follow KS 1623 (Kenya Highway Code geometry) and use Engineering Grade or High Intensity Prismatic reflective sheeting depending on the zone — county roads are fine with EG, highways need HIP. Safety signsfollow ISO 7010 and OSHA-style colour coding (red for prohibition, yellow for warning, blue for mandatory, green for emergency). Indoor directional signsfor offices, hospitals and malls are typically printed acrylic with vinyl, mounted at 1.6 m centre height. We supply BoQ documents for tender compliance on request.
For orders confirmed before 11 am within Nairobi, yes — roll-up banners(80 × 200 cm) and 3-metre teardrop banners ship the same day, in-stock hardware permitting. Backdrop bannersfor step-and-repeat events take 24–48 hours because we hem and grommet by hand. All banners print on 440 gsm PVC or polyester with UV-stable solvent inks rated for two years outdoors.
Mounting depends on the substrate. For drywall, we use M6 wall anchors rated for 25 kg per anchor and add a 5 mm acrylic backer so the screws don't telegraph through the print. On concrete or block walls we use 8 mm SDS anchors. For glass curtain walls — common in Westlands and Upperhill towers — we switch to standoff barrels with 3M VHB-490 tape backed by mechanical fasteners. A site survey covers all of this; see how it fits with our reception signs and window signs mounting kits.
For privacy + branding on a single piece of glass, we recommend frosted vinyl with a print over-laminate — survives daily cleaning for 5+ years. For storefronts that double as outdoor ads, perforated one-way vinyl (60/40 perf) prints full-colour outside while the staff inside sees through. Window signs are quoted per square metre with the cut and squeegee install included. For property listings, see real estate signs.
Three pieces typically: spare-tyre branded wheel covers(KSh 5,500 flat for 4×4 sizes), high-vis crew reflector vestsfrom KSh 350 with logo print and OSHA reflective tape, and ribbon-bound corporate branded notebooksfor client meetings from KSh 380. We hold artwork on file so re-orders for new crew members ship in 48 hours.
Yes — multi-site rebrands are about a third of our work. Our largest single project was 47 branches across East Africa. We project-manage transport, lift crews and county aesthetics permits end-to-end, with KRA-compliant fiscal invoices (eTIMS) and BoQ documents for procurement. Common combinations: 3D signs at the entrance, reception signs at the lobby, and directional signs through the floor. Tell us about your rollout on the contact page and we'll reply within the hour.
