Terms of use

These terms govern your use of https://signage.co.ke and any sign, banner or branding product you order from Pixel Ads Company Limited. By placing an order or using the site you agree to them.

1. The agreement

Your contract is with Pixel Ads Company Limited, a company registered in Kenya, trading as Signage. Anywhere this site refers to “we”, “us” or “Signage”, it means Pixel Ads Company Limited.

2. Orders & quotes

  • Prices shown online are starting prices. The final quote is confirmed in writing after our design review.
  • Orders are considered placed once we have received a 70% deposit. Production starts only after deposit clearance.
  • The balance is payable on install or before delivery, whichever comes first.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — full refunds are issued for orders we cannot complete.

3. Lead times

Standard products ship in 5–10 working days from deposit. Rush jobs and same-day options are available subject to capacity. We share progress photos and notify you of any delay.

4. Custom artwork

  • You confirm that artwork you supply is yours to use, or that you have permission from the rights holder.
  • You authorise Pixel Ads Company Limited to reproduce that artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
  • You agree to indemnify Pixel Ads Company Limited against any third-party claim arising from artwork you supplied.

5. Approval & revisions

Each order includes two rounds of design revisions. We will not start fabrication without your written approval (email, WhatsApp message, or signed proof). Once production begins, design changes may incur additional charges.

6. Installation & site survey

  • Site survey KSh 1,500 within Nairobi. Installation fees start from KSh 3,500 depending on site complexity.
  • You are responsible for ensuring safe site access, electrical supply where required, and any permits (landlord, county, county aesthetics).
  • We are not liable for damage to existing surfaces caused by unforeseen wall condition (e.g. crumbling plaster, hidden cables).

7. Warranty

All hardware carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from impact, vandalism, weather extremes beyond rated specs, unauthorised modification, or improper cleaning.

8. Returns & refunds

Because every sign is custom-made to your brief, we do not accept returns of correctly produced items. If we made an error against the approved proof, we will reproduce the item at no extra cost.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Pixel Ads Company Limited's total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service.

10. Intellectual property

All site content — copy, photos, designs, mockups — belongs to Pixel Ads Company Limited. You may not reuse it elsewhere without written permission. Designs we produce for you (i.e. the artwork on your sign) belong to you once you have paid in full.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Nairobi.
