This policy explains how Pixel Ads Company Limited (“we”, “us”, the company that operates https://signage.co.ke) collects, uses and protects information about you when you visit our website, request a quote, place an order or otherwise interact with our business.

1. Who we are

Pixel Ads Company Limited is a signage and branding company registered in Kenya, operating from Royal Plaza, 2nd Floor, Room C4, Kirinyaga Road, Nairobi. You can reach us at info@signage.co.ke or on WhatsApp.

2. What we collect

We collect only the information needed to design, fabricate, deliver and install your signs:

  • Contact details — name, email, phone, company, delivery address.
  • Order details — items chosen, sizes, materials, artwork files you upload.
  • Payment metadata — transaction reference, amount, status (we do not store your card or M-Pesa PIN; payments are processed by iPay Africa).
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages viewed, for security and analytics.

3. Why we collect it

  • To prepare quotes, fulfil orders and install signs at your premises.
  • To send order confirmations, delivery updates and warranty information.
  • To comply with Kenyan tax law (KRA receipts, eTIMS) and respond to lawful requests.
  • To improve our website and detect fraud, in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

4. Who we share it with

We only share your personal data with:

  • Payment processors — iPay Africa for transaction processing.
  • Delivery partners — only the address and phone number needed to reach you.
  • Hosting and email providers — Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and email/SMS gateways for transactional messages.
  • Government bodies — when required by Kenyan law (e.g. tax returns).

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

5. How long we keep it

Order and tax records are retained for at least 7 years to comply with KRA requirements. Marketing contact records are kept until you ask us to delete them. Artwork files are kept for 3 years for reprint and warranty purposes.

6. Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act you have the right to:

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Ask us to delete data we no longer need.
  • Withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) at odpc.go.ke.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and localStorage to keep you signed in, remember items in your cart, and measure basic site usage. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings; doing so will sign you out and empty your cart.

8. Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, store passwords using one-time email codes (no password database to leak), and limit administrative access. No system is perfectly secure — if you suspect a breach, email info@signage.co.ke immediately.
